Here are a few services we offer with every purchase.
Resizing
Unsure what ring size to buy? We highly recommend ordering our ring sizer before you make a purchase. Buying a gift? No problem, we offer a one-time resizing service at no extra cost within the first 6 months of purchase! Any additional services thereafter will come with a fee.
Repairs
We repair items that are damaged, defected during transit, and lost/missing stones. In order for us to evaluate the condition of the product, we ask that you would kindly email us a photo of the product for us to determine the repair needs and estimate the processing time. Items purchased within 6 months will be free including a shipping label. If you choose to repair items after 6 months, we will offer you a service with a small fee.
Lost & Replacements
If you’ve lost a piece of jewelry, we can offer you a discounted rate within a year from the date of purchase. You will need to provide proof of where you purchased our items.

- Photo of the product
- Proof of purchase or where you purchased the item
- What services you need
