Exchanges
You can only exchanges chain lengths and ring sizes. Please contact us with an order number and the product size you'd like to exchange for.

Order Issue
Recieved Mini not Classic
This is a common question we get asked. The way to determine if you recieved the classic size is if it has a plastic protector on top of the photo.

Our mini's do not have plastic.
Wrong Engraving
If we accidently missed or engraved the wrong text, please contact us so we can get the item replaced for you.
Missing Item
Sorry if we forgot an item in your order. Please provide us the order number and the item so we can get this sent out to you.
Wrong Photo Printed
If there is an issue with the photo we can send you a new photo print.
